90-Day Money-Back Guarantee — First-Time Purchases Only

We stand behind our products and your wellness journey. That’s why we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases of any Novessa product.

How It Works:

If you're not completely satisfied, email us at help@shopnovessa.com within 90 days of delivery. In most cases, no return is required — we’ll issue a full refund for the product.

Important Notes:

  • This guarantee applies only to your first purchase of a specific Novessa product.

  • Limited to one refund per product type per customer.

  • Shipping fees and optional shipping protection are non-refundable.

  • For orders of 2 or more units, we may request unopened items be returned. We’ll cover return shipping in these cases.

  • If you choose to exchange a product, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.

Subscription Orders

Autoship/refill orders are not covered by the 90-day guarantee. However, you may still return unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by contacting us at help@shopnovessa.com.

  • A $2.00 processing fee may apply.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right — and in most cases, you won't need to return anything.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, follow our return process. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the product you want.

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email help@shopnovessa.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you instructions — and a prepaid label if eligible.

  3. Products must be sent to the return address we provide. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For multi-unit orders, we may cover return shipping if unopened (first-time purchases only).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on subscription or second-time orders.

Holiday Shipping Notice

Orders placed after December 1st may not arrive before Christmas. Order early to avoid delays!
